One of my coworkers is planning a Thanksgiving party next weekend for a few people in the office and I'm unsure if it's worth the risk. There won't be more than 8 or 9 people attending and it'd be a great opportunity to network with the more senior staff. There will surely be eating and drinking involved so I can assume masks will be off. This might be my only opportunity to make a good impression with the higher ups.
I'm considering maybe I just won't eat and wear my mask the whole time? Can I trust that no one is contagious? Could use some advice. Thanks.
