Indeed assessments and their report?
Hello,
I have recently taken several of the assessments that Indeed offers, and I am curious about the report and their scoring system. There are no numerical scores available, from what is showed to me the scale goes from low to high - completed; familiar; proficient; Highly Proficient; Expert. Based on the assessment you will fall into one of those categories. It seems like these are labeled in ways that will not offend someone who scored poorly, and I would assume falling in the “highly proficient category” is no better than scoring an 80% or a B grade. Should I have my “highly proficient” scores available for potential employers to review? Highly proficient sounds good but based on what I can see from the scale it might not be anything that will set me apart and might be better left out as if I never took it. Any input would be great, especially if anyone has insight to how employers use these in the hiring process! Thanks!
