Tips for internal promotion interview and best questions to ask?

I have an excellent opportunity to move up in my department therefore I've been preparing myself all weekend for this interview next week. I understand this is not my position and I will face strong competition from outside applicants. I'm approaching it like if I was interviewing somewhere else as a new hire. This is my first time ever having an internal promotion interview. My manager and I have a good relationship and I get constantly praised for my performance and work ethic.

I'm having the hardest time preparing questions to ask at the end of the interview. I already know the daily duties of this position as well as everything about the department.
