I received an offer letter, but the letter didn’t list a start date. When should I put my two weeks in?

After a few mental breakdowns at 4 am due to stress-related insomnia, I decided it’s time to find another job. I interviewed for a similar role, except I’ll see a ~20% salary increase. I received an offer letter on Wednesday and after some negotiating, I signed it on Friday. This was a great feeling because I’ve been dreaming of this day for months. The offer letter didn’t list a start date though. I want to put my two weeks in on Monday. Should I do that even though there isn’t a start date on the offer letter? I would definitely be fine with a week or two off.
