it seems like younger companies are so done with the whole "submit your resume", I'm seeing very cool application processes. They don't ask about your education or previous experiences, but instead ask you questions about what you would like to do and why, what do you like, what are you looking for, and some even try to measure your knowledge from games/challenges.
What do you think about an application process like that? Do you prefer it to the oldschool or no?
