About to be 31 and tired of working jobs. I want a real career but I can’t make up my mind on anything.

Title pretty much says it all. I’m just so tired of looking for regular jobs. Had so many jobs in so many different industries. I don’t have a degree and I’ve never been the best in school. I’m a very hard worker and have worked my way up at almost every job I’ve had. I would like some advice or something from someone who has been in my shoes and figured it out. I’ve been considering all sorts of career changes but can’t decide on anything. Wind turbine technician, machinists, electrician, physical therapist assistant, firefighter. I’ve been looking to try and find something where I can apprentice into a career. Well I hope someone out there reads this and can point me in the right direction just feel overwhelmed every time I look into finding a career.
