To what extent should work from home be a deal breaker?

Recent grad here, really struggling with a job offer. The position is not and cannot be work from home. My older and more vulnerable parents (who I live with) are practically begging me not to take the job. (However my parents are the extremely paranoid type, with or without the pandemic. Like to the point of babying me. For example, (before the pandemic hit and i was applying for jobs and getting interviews) they told me not to go to an interview for a job that was a 30+ minute drive away from our house, because they get nervous when I drive on the highway. I’m 24 for context and have been driving since I was 16.) My parents have also owned their own business for years, and they’re very stubborn. Everything has to be their way, and they’re not used to having anyone tell them what to do. If they don’t want to come to work, nobody can make them. And they think that attitude should extend to me, but I’m not nearly as “my way or highway” as them. And I’m a recent grad who knows that I can’t afford to be picky and choosy when it comes to jobs right now. I know it’s not super safe to be out and about right now, but the company seems to be practicing social distancing and taking precautions? I just don’t know to what extent not being able to work from home should be a dealbreaker, and I need someone other than my extremely paranoid and neurotic parents to weigh in on this. Is COVID-19 paranoia important enough to turn down a job? I’m sorry I know it’s serious and deadly, please don’t take me the wrong way. I don’t take the pandemic lightly at all. I just don’t know what to do.
