Teen jobs aside from retail/fast food?

I'm 17 and currently work at as a sales associate at a bike shop. While I love bikes, working at the shop is something I have come to loathe for various reasons and I have come to the hard decision to move on. The issue is that I am having trouble finding a replacement job that would be suitable for my schedule and preferences. I dont want to work at a fast food restaurant and would prefer not to work in retail. I prefer organizational and hands on work rather than customer service based work. Any suggestions as to what I could do?
