Let me start off by saying, under normal circumstances this would not bother me. I understand that she wants to make sure people are doing their job, and not goofing off on the computer. What gets me is that it was installed on only my computer out of all the staff. I have tried to find justification for it, being on just that computer and I can't. There's nothing special about that computer, it's not used for anything special.
I actually tried to see how they would react if I worked on one of the company laptops, and my supervisor said "No we need you on the desktop." I have not yet confronted my supervisor about this, I don't believe she realizes I know the software has been installed on the desktop. But I intend to do so within the upcoming days - or day depending on how management acts.
I was simply curious if anyone has any suggestions on how to go about doing so?
