I was supposed to get a raise and some new benefits at my job, as per my contract, a couple of months ago, nothing has ever happened. Now it's looking like I might get let go. Should I bring this up?

My workplace is disorganized, to say the least, my contract states I should have gotten a raise and some additional new benefits a couple of month ago. I was going to address it then, but then I had to go on medical leave. Now I'm back and there has been no talk of my contract being honored. Also now that I'm back it doesn't seem like there is enough work for me anymore. Business has really slowed because of COVID in the time I was gone. I'm the newest person so I'd be the most likely to be let go. I keep having to take days off because there just isn't anything for me to do. I'd honestly rather be on unemployment and have tons of time to find a job that can actually pay me. Should I even bring up that my contract has been violated? There's nothing in my contract that says I shouldn't get those things because of medical leave or there not being enough work. I worry this might aggravate my employer to fire me.
