Blocking people on linkedin

Wow I can't believe they still don't have an option to block people without having to look them up. It should just be like Facebook, where you look up a name and block without needing to go on their profile.

It's a minor annoyance for some... But Some people have actual stalkers or personal issues after an abusive relationship. I know people say it won't show up as a profile view, but many people won't want to take the chance.

LinkedIn needs to get on this.

Can anyone let me know a loophole around this?
