Been in the hospital most of the past 3 weeks. Will likely be under observation for one more. I woke up today to find my job posted.

Basically, what the title says.

I started a job a few months ago after bring unemployed for several months. 3 weeks ago I was admitted to the after breaking my foot. I had successful surgery to fix it, but a subsequent checkup revealed a totally unrelated medical issue requiring immediate hospitalization.

Today I woke up to find my position had been posted online. I understand I've missed a lot of work, but none of this was really something I could control.

What can I do?
