Advisor set me up with a possible mentor. What to talk about?

I graduated last fall and have been having so much trouble finding a job in my field. I've been trying to network myself via LinkedIn and a few other websites but to no avail. I spoke with one of my academic advisors and he helped me get in contact with someone who works in the field I like. We have a phone call scheduled for tomorrow. What should we talk about? What should I ask him?
