What sorts of certificates do you earn while working in fast food (like tims, McDonald's, etc.)

Never worked before. I need some sort of fast-food job. I can't buy a certificate course like ServSafe and I need to be a cashier. I only have one experience in this industry. It was at a festival for like 2 years that I was a server. I'd prep food behind a stand, serve it, manage cash. It was a busy environment. I also worked for two days 2 months ago at a take-out place which was similar in its fast-paced nature and where I learned how to operate the cash register. That's all the experience I have. I need help :(
