Job with really great pay, but it's killing me - should I leave?

Thanks to lurking this sub in particular, I was able to push through an absolutely ridiculous amount of interviews and turn-downs in 2018 and more than doubled my pay starting in 2019.

The job was extremely cushy at first, worked on a two person marketing team for one product and was bringing in $120 base with around $40ish in RSUs, bonuses and ESPP profits.

However, my company brought in a VP for my area of marketing as well as new director level positions, and I suddenly have found myself trying to run 3 products that were the job of 4 people in 2019. My Boss has repeatedly told me I need to get major projects done quicker and quicker, despite us having a very candid conversation about trying to raise a baby with two busy adults during COVID.

I believe I can make 90-100k in my area + 10% bonus fairly easily in my area, but I'm having a huge conflict internally if I can justify making the switch. I know that I can work harder in my current position and good deal of money in the future, but it's killing me. I'm thinking about deadlines, all the projects I've put on hold and lied about for months and how I should be working every single break I have outside of childcare during every hour I'm awake.

For people in who've been here before, do you have any regret throwing out a high paying opportunity to work less?
