Employers of Reddit I have a question about education

If you have two candidates, one with years of experience and no college degree and another with some experience and a college degree, who would you choose? Why would you choose a college grad over someone who has years of real life experience? I’m genuinely curious and would love to hear feedback. Thanks in advance!!
