I already have a long email history with this company for follow-ups. Should I follow up again?

My first interview with this hiring manager happened in the early April. We instantly clicked with each other, and she was eager to move forward with me.

Then I got a second interview with the director of the department about 10 days after the call, and it went alright. He mentioned he would set up another call with me the following week for the next round. And, the following week just passed by with no news and I followed up with him but I didn't hear anything from him.

So, I just emailed the hiring manager about 3 weeks later. She reached out to him for me and told me he would get back to me within a week. And, still to this day, I've heard nothing from him.

About 2 months later in July, I decided to email the hiring manager one more last time. She actually seemed quite happy that I followed up again and was still interested in the role even though she mentioned things had been pushed due to covid. She said she would pass my email to him again as he would pick back up on interviewing the following week. She also asked me to get back to her if I heard from him within 2 weeks.

And still nothing yet... Should I follow up again or just let it go?
