How was your transition into your first post-graduation position?

I recently graduated college and started my first corporate job and oh man- it's a lot. I'm grateful to have it, but I'm so lost and feel so stupid compared to all of my experienced colleagues. Half the time I don't even understand what they're saying - I'll literally take notes on the words/phrases they say that I don't understand and google it later. Sad I know. This got me wondering- for those of you who graduated college, what was your first post-graduation job like? Were you lost like me, or was it fairly easy for you to fit right in? Furthermore, if you were lost, how long did it take for you to get comfortable and familiar with your position?
