Hey everyone, I've analyzed H1B data from the US Department of Labor and built a dashboard to learn what companies are still hiring and what job titles are still popular. Period: FY2020 Q3

Insights:

• Top employers by H1B records (Cogniziant - 20,259; EY - 8,063; Infosys - 7,156; Tata Consultancy - 6,356; Microsoft - 6,332; Google 5,432; Amazon - 5,167 and others)
• 33.5% of applicants had dependents; 66.5% - did not
• Top locations are: Seattle; San Francisco, New York; Chicago and College Station (TX)
• Top Job Titles: Software Engineer; Software Developer; Senior Sys Analyst; Senior SWE, Architect
• Statutory basis: 71.5% - $60,000 or higher annual wage; 27.9% - Both $60,000 or higher in annual wage and Masters Degree or higher in related specialty; and ONLY 0.6% Masters Degree or higher in related specialty
