Going from Contractor to Employee. How do I negotiate salary?

I make $45 an hour as a contractor, so not sure if that means the contracting company that pays me is getting $90 an hour maybe $60 an hour?

Of course I don't get any holidays as a contractor or PTO, its all non-paid days.

They want to know my expectations as far as base salary, benefits and bonuses, etc.

I'm thinking for salary I need to go a bit higher than I normally would with the fact that the company paying me, I'm sure is getting more than $45 an hour. How much higher should I go?

My field has a average salary from 79-98k. $45 an hour is 90k a year. The high end of my field is like 110k
