Started a new job but I absolutely hate it because I work 11 days straight and 3 days off.

I started a new job this past Monday and I already hate it. The actual work is not too bad but it is pretty physical. I make pastries in a factory and honestly I would love to quit already and try to find something else. This doesn’t bother my wife at all and she is extremely supportive. It bugs me that I work so much and can’t see her or my family as much. I can’t really quit because a good friend of mine who is like an Uncle to me really helped me get this job and it would disappoint him greatly if if left so soon. I am also afraid of disappointing my family especially my father. Kind of just ranting in this post because I don’t see a way out of it but if anyone has any suggestions I’m willing to hear them.
