Hello,
I work as a freelance personal assistant. I track my hours myself and am paid hourly.
Since the beginning of my project I've spent 4-5 hours on the phone with my boss, receiving feedback and discussing plans. There are also bits of small talk worked in, but I've never kept track of how much is small talk.
Are these hours on the phone something I should add to my hours, or not? What is typical?
