Should I accept a job if I don't know I will be staying in the area for long?

Hello all,

I am a college student who applied and got into a part time IT job on my campus.

I am unsure if I should accept the job offer as I am not sure if I will be staying in my college town for much longer due to covid and having to return home (6 hours away) to care for my elderly parents if covid doesn't improve.

Should I take it with the possibility of having to quit perhaps 4 months down the line?
