Salary/Benefits

I recently had my final interview before the company makes a decision. I do feel like all my interviews went very well and they said they are going to contact me in 2-3 weeks to let me know. The thing is that they did not give me any insight on the salary and benefits. Also we did not talk about a start date either. Is that a really bad sign? The company does give verbal offers first, so is that something they would talk about in that?
