Interviewing after accepting job offer

I’m a recent college grad and I accepted a job offer a couple months ago. It’s fantastic that I even have the opportunity to receive and offer during this time, but now that it’s been a while, I’ve started to hear back from other jobs.

Realistically, I only took my current job to cover my bases and make sure that I came out of COVID with a job, and honestly I don’t really like it. Is it bad to be interviewing for other companies when I just took this offer?

If it’s ok for me to be interviewing, should I tell the hiring manager that I just took another job offer? (I feel like this would come out once I went through a background check anyway)
