Would these 2 jobs be considered conflict of interest

Would these jobs be considered a conflict of interest:

1. Data Entry for a third party adminstrator of health insurance

2. Data Entry/ processing medical record requests for a Health Information Management company that contracts with hospitals

I could do both from home. The first is part time and the second is full time. The two companies do not deal with each other. I have job number one and I have accepted the offer for job 2 but I dont start til 7/6 and haven't notified job 1 yet.
