What did i do wrong?

I spoke with them and they seem to really like me and wanted me to get an interview with them but i had some complications because im still young so i let them know and they were happy to wait and then as time went on i let them know i could but they left me on seen so i thought i did something wrong and they still follow me so if anyone knows what happened i would like to know
