I did 4 rounds of interview. This included recruitment manager, hiring manager, 2 directors and VP. This is for an entry level role too btw.
They have been really fast with updating me after each round (less than 3 hours). But I haven't heard back anything after the interview I gave the final interview earlier today.
I know it's dumb to dwell in this but my anxiety levels are off the charts. I would be glad if someone can clarify some stuff.
All the interviews seemed to go really great except for the one with the VP. I was able to answer all questions but he seemed really disinterested and was just trying to get it over with. I could tell he really didn't like me explaining things in depth.
How much say does the VP have in who is hired? How long should I expect to hear something back realistically? It seems they really want to fill this position fast, as they did the entire interview process within the week. Also, do companies give a verbal offer before they do a written one?
