I have applied to a job that requires Japanese language skill at Youtube through a good of friend of mine who's currently working at Google. After a month, she replied that the hiring team wants to hire a native speaker. I read through the job description https://imgur.com/iijam9Y and it is said only the ability to communicate English and Japanese fluently. I am not Japanese but have completed the bachelor's degree in Japan with all of the lectures conducted in Japanese. With this description, I was wondering if this is considered as a discriminatory conduct. Should I do anything further to raise the issue like raise the issue to the government department who is handling about job regarding issues?
