I could really use some advice... so I used to working in accounting but then realized it’s not for me and got another job which I hated very much and affected my mental health so I left after 6 months in March. Now, I know the industry that I want to work in and I have spent the past two months to earn a certification for it. I have been applying to all the entry level jobs but no luck yet.
My main concern is how will potential employers see me. I know my career path has been a mess and I know I messed up. I want recruiters to know I realized that and I have found an industry that I truly want to grow in. How should I present myself to employers so they could look past my undesirable history?
Thanks for the advice.
