Any work opportunity for someone who has a double degree in International Business from Germany in California?

My girlfriend is currently in Germany. She is finishing her double degree from Poland in Germany at the Erasmus school of Business and she has decided that her getting work experience in the United States is something she wants to do while we both spend my last two years in California.

Through connections, I have found a position for her at Facebook that requires someone with a native German language background. I am not sure how this one will work out, a good friend of mine is making this opportunity happen, however it can go anywhere. Unfortunately, as an American, I do not know much about the process, but I know that most companies can offer the work permit/visa and this is what I am trying to educate myself on.

She is looking for a position in recruitment. She has a background in HR, and her extensive educational background has really put her in a great position. What are some opportunities in the Bay-Area that I can look at and send her way? She speaks English, German, and Polish fluently.
