anxious over first day

i just got a job placement through a temp agency and my anxiety is through the roof. they called me for an appointment yestersay and i kept getting hot flashes and couldnt sleep over it. i met with the temp agency today and there was no interview, they went over safety stuff and asked if i could i start tomorrow and i said yes. this whole day ive been having hot flashes and worrying about it. i cant even focus on anything else, i feel like im full of dread and anxiety. is this normal? because even when i tell myself it will be fine and i will learn along the way, i feel like my body is freaking out.
