So I applied for a "cleaner" position this morning, and the company website sent me a link to a secondary hiring questionnaire, no problem there. However, out of the 54 questions, about 30 of them were about my disposition on fighting people with my fists. The questions started out like "If someone made you really mad...would you hit them" and such, but the later questions started asking ridiculous things such as "What would you say your skill level/confidence in fighting people with your bare hands is?", and the rest were spaced out questions about what drugs I might use recreationally, and the frequency that I would come to work while high.
So I guess my question is: Is it just me or does this whole thing smell fishy like underground fight club? The pay is way higher than their typical salary according to the company's Glassdoor and it just seems off, but the position is cross posted on several standard job sites.
