So I have some work experience as a lifeguard during summer 2019, but decided not to come back this summer because the company was really sketchy and did several things that were definitely illegal (but that’s a different story)
I went in to several places in my area that hire unskilled workers like fast food/grocery etc, and they all said I need to fill out online applications. So I filled out probably 20 job applications online and they were all rejected, I provided a resume and references and everything extra.
What do employers look for in online applications? I assume there’s something I put into the application that caused me to be automatically denied every time but I just don’t know how to fill these out properly.
