Looking for IT job and/or resume suggestions.

I've been applying at different places for about half a year now and I've gotten like 3 interviews, so I'm convinced something on my resume is scaring everyone. I'd really appreciate it if you looked over my resume and have me some pointers. Also, if you know of any places hiring in the Springfield, MO area I would be extremely grateful. I'm looking for entry level jobs or paid internships. And I would prefer work related to Java programming, but at this point I'd take anything in IT and I'd be willing to learn something new if need be.
