List of largest companies that would hire HR

Hi!
I recently got my bachelor's degree in Milan in sociology.

I wanted to start working but I've got to make a list about the companies I would like to work for. Unluckily for me, my course didn't gave me a lot of practical knowledge about HR and i don't know if I have better start the list by choosing the most stable/renowned/profitable companies.

I know i will be missing a lot of companies i don't know yet.

I'm asking you how you made your list and if you are willingly sharing your advices about this.

I know it's going to be hard to apply to large companies like Volkswagen, but I know that for sure i won't make it if i dont apply at all.

My aim is a stable growing carrer in HR near Milan.
