I’m so bummed out about this. They are all minimum wage jobs. I don’t know if it’s because I don’t have enough experience but I’m a college student so I don’t know if I’m expected to have a lot of work experience. I did work during high school and during my freshman year of college. I also have extracurriculars/volunteer work that I put on my resume. I don’t know why I still haven’t heard back from anyone. How much experience does one need to be a cashier? I submitted all my applications yesterday morning using JobGet.
I also haven’t had a ‘real job’ since 2017 although I did other things to fill in the gap. Do you think they didn’t like that?
And the problem isn’t how my resume looks. My resume is in perfect format. I created it using the examples of working professionals. Perfect font, perfect spacing.
