Late career starters?

When did you start your career? Im 27 and I have a BS but shortly after college my husband and I decided to start our family. I’ve been a stay at home mom since August 2018 and I’ll probably be at home for about another year (currently pregnant). I just feel like when I finally start in my career I’ll be behind, that will be when I’m 28. Any others start around that time and what can I do when I'm ready to begin in my field?

Edit: my degree is in Health Science with an emphasis in Community Health. I would like to do basically any job that involves health, such as an educator, coordinator, or administrator.
