How to explain that I left my previous job because of their response to the current COVID-19 situation.

I am currently brushing off my resume after receiving some news from my work I have worked at for a little under a year.

Without getting into the specifics of the situation, lets just say that disrespect and reluctance to change is putting my entire office at risk of viral exposure for literally no reason, despite a vocal protest by everybody involved to the decision-makers (any questioning was met with veiled threats of being fired).

I don't want to work for a company that is unwilling to listen to reason, especially during a time of crisis. I value myself and my work too much to sacrifice my integrity for the bottom-line.

That being said, how do I approach that with an interviewer, if asked, without coming off as a flight risk in the face of adversity?

I suppose I could be vague and say something like "we weren't a good match" but that on its own sounds sketchy. I'd like to, in a professional way, explain why I left while also somewhat gauging how the interviewer's company handled the COVID-19 situation.
