Career Changing

I majored in chemistry because everyone was talking about going into STEM jobs and I did pretty well with it in high school. Since then, however, it has been entry level positions with low pay and nonexistent career progression. I ended up working on my MBA online out of frustration/desperation and it is almost over. How can I change my career with ~9 years of lab experience and nothing else really?
