Stick it out or resign?

I've been working PT at a tourist attraction for almost a month. This is my first job since my last one, at another attraction, ended a couple months due to relocating to a new state. My previous job was more admin-heavy (got it while completing my BA), whereas my current job is extremely menial from walking all day to tend to guests and cleaning areas. The pay is severely low, around half of what I was making . I took it to get my foot in the local industry, hoping to possibly advance but I feel like it's not going to happen because all the promoted spots are currently full with younger staff.

My employer is clearly having staffing issues because they're still doing interviews for my position, plus they scheduled me for days I specifically said I can't work, without giving notice. With the new month coming up, my boss is pushing me to work weekends, asking why I can't, even when I said I won't be available then.

I want to quit and can afford to but I don't know if it's worth hanging on until a better opportunity presents itself. With the help of a recruiter, I've been contacted for interviews for FT roles but so far nothing has stuck. I feel like I'm definitely capable of doing something better than this. Any advice?
