One sided work relationship with managers

I work as a software developer for a small company and I work directly with my managers every day, we have weekly meetings where I meet with my managers to discuss things like the tasks that have been done, the next week's work, etc.

Things have been going well and I try to maintain a professional attitude most of the time, however, one of my managers have been extremely toxic and just plain rude at times.

For example, she has been trying to socialize and get us to talk about ourselves, I'm ok with that, however, I noticed that when I start talking about myself, she is like: "I don't want to hear about X or Y", or she would respond with "We don't care" after I tell them something.

She kinda expects me to listen to stories about her kids and other things she has been telling us, but she isn't willing to behave with the same courtesy.

I also get constantly blamed for things that are not my fault, I apologize when it's my fault but most of the time I stand firm and respond with facts that prove that I'm not responsible for what she is blaming me for.

Unfortunately I think her behavior contributes to a toxic work environment, even though I like my job I don't like being treated this way, and it makes me want to resign from my job.

Any ideas how to deal with her toxic behavior? I'm sick of it.
