Tomorrow i have my 3rd interview over the phone with the manager of the warehouse im trying to get hired into. I know i should speak about how much research ive done and how much i would like to work for the specific company, but what other tips would help me stand out here if any?
Also i might add that im going to have to disclose that im on non-convicted felony probation ahead of time to them so it isnt much of a shock when the do the background check. I figured its better to be honest and upfront. I appreciate any and all replies to this post! Thank you.
