What are reasonable minimum hours for working Part time?

I aced a phone interview and scored an meeting with the Manager of a new provisioning center as a Budtender and/or Reception. Their hours will be something like 10a-9pm. I'm only recently re-entering the job market and am unsure how many hours I can endure. Due to my disability, I am at risk of mental/cognitive impairment/decline after an extended of time. Is 10 hours per week an unwritten minimum? Is 3 hours per day, just - unlikely? Should I offer at least 5 hours per day?
