I have bad social anxiety and am too scared to show up to interviews. I even schedule interviews and then just never show up :( That probably gets me blacklisted at certain companies....idk.
I've only had one job doing clerical work at a law firm (my dad got me the job). I also have volunteer experience from years ago.
I have an interview tomorrow morning that I'm probably going to skip...and I have another one on February the 6th (for a job that would look great on my resume...I am applying to law school), but I am too scared to go :(
I honestly think I have BDD or something. I will take adderall to kill my appetite and starve myself for a week before any interview...then be too afraid to go. Even though I am not medically "overweight" I perpetually feel fat and ugly. I also had a nose job that left me with a really small, pointy, fake looking nose & I'm very embarrassed of it. I often struggle to maintain solid eye contact. I feel like my anxiety and image problems are destroying my life :(
