Should I wear my nose ring to my interview tomorrow?

I have an interview tomorrow for a job that I am really interested in, and that I am really qualified for. I heard about the job after the owner of the company commented on my (social media) post looking for a new nanny job, saying that she has this position open in her company and thinks I might be a good fit. I got my nose pierced last summer, and haven't posted any pictures where it's really visible. This isn't to hide it- I'm just really picky about what pictures I post. I could take it out completely, replace it with a stud, or just leave it. I was thinking about taking it out, and then asking her about her company's dress/grooming standards. What do you think?
