Job was posted for 5 days so far and I was about to click submit 20 mins ago, but the link crashed and said the job isnt available anymore (what bad timing!!!). Previous to this happening, I was already in contact with the hiring manager and one of his team members to learn more about the job.
This is a job I really want. Should I ask the hiring manager if I can send him the application via email instead? Or will I look stupid/annoying, since he mentioned I should apply asap because hes not sure how long the link will be up for exactly 1 hour ago..... there wasn't a due date on the posting.
what should i do to maximize my chances for now/the future? thanks
edit: would asking to send him my resume be asking for too much? he already nicely put me in contact with his colleague to learn more. i've never met him before, just talked over email, so im a nobody to him.
