Hi all!
I recently interviewed for an executive assistant position and after sending a thank you email to the exec I interviewed with, he replied to say he thinks I'm a good fit and he has to get with HR about next steps (he actually CC'd the HR director in his reply). That was last Monday (1/6) and I've not heard anything since. Should I follow up with him/the HR director at this point, and if so what should I say?
For reference, I'm a recent college grad and this position is in a large nonprofit working directly under a team of execs. I also have an interview this week for another position in a different field, so I'm still actively applying, but I think this is a really great opportunity and I'm really ready to get cracking on those "next steps." Any advice?
