Difficult job rejection today.

So I'm a youth minister. I'm very much involved in my denomination, and between youth ministry jobs. I've got a college degree in the field, plus some post-graduate certifications. 7 years direct experience, with another 7 in Camp and Retreat ministry. Just got turned down for a job today for basically being over-qualified. I could probably have some good luck if I was willing to relocate, but wife has a good job with our benefits and such, and we own a home in a great school district where our kid goes, plus in-laws on both sides of the family are within 30 minutes. (childcare, much?) I'm just super discouraged.
