Reference does not work with the organization anymore with which I listed the contact info on a job application with. What should I do?

Basically the title. I applied to work at a library and was required to list 3 references. Now here's the thing, I know all three of them said accepted to let me use them as a reference. One of the references said I was able to use them and got their work contact info. That was literally a couple weeks ago for an application before this current one. Now between the last two weeks, my reference quit working there and I used that phone and email from the place he just quit. I didn't know and honestly wasn't expecting that. What should I do to help correct this situation?
